Phoebe was the only Friend not to date anyone else from the core group of Friends. She actually found her soul mate outside of their group in Mike, and it was all thanks to Joey's extreme laziness. (He was supposed to pick a friend of his for a blind date for Phoebe, and just called out a random name in Central Perk instead!) Thank goodness for that, since Mike was the perfect guy for Phoebe. And let's be real, Mike and Phoebe are the only ones that can make winter coats and boots look romantic for a wedding in a snowstorm!
It's hard to imagine a time when Monica and Chandler weren't together, but it took them four seasons to actually get together. From then on, it was clear that they were meant to be. Excuse us while we re-watch the one where they get engaged, the one where they get married, the one where their kids are born, etc. And no, we're not crying, there's just something in our eyes!
But Monica and Chandler are not the ultimate Friends couple. That honor actually goes to...
And the ultimate Friends couple is...Joey and Chandler! Duh. Relationships may come and go, but this bromance is forever. They were wonderful parents to the Chick and Duck, proved that they were compatible living together, and supported each other no matter what. You can argue as much as you want about the rankings of some of the romantic relationships, but Joey and Chandler will always be number one in our books. Could they be any more perfect together? Nope, no they can't!
