Sarah Hyland is spilling all the hot new bombshell tea.
And for the Love Island USA host, this includes revealing just how steamy things get during season five of the Peacock dating show, which premieres on July 18.
"We have a lot of things for season 5 that I think all of the fans will be losing their minds over," Sarah exclusively told E! News. "We have a very, very sexy season coming up. We are going to be in Fiji—which is so exciting."
In fact, she also gave some insight into how the show is switching some things up.
"We have really fun beach challenges and there's going to be a new way of never-before-seen cuddling up this season," she explained. "So hold on to your panties ladies, it's going to be very interesting and I cannot wait for that drama."
Even how the contestants appear once they're on the island will be different, with the 32-year-old adding, "We have surprising new ways that bombshells enter the villa and it's going to be fun."
Also among the new additions? Love Island superfan and Vanderpump Rules star Ariana Madix, who is set to make a special guest appearance during week two.
For the Modern Family alum, who is returning alongside narrator Iain Sterling, stepping into the role as a dating show host is only fitting. After all, the format is what led her to meeting husband Wells Adams.
"Its wild and very surreal," she confessed. "Love Island is so iconic. The way the vibe is, is just so cool and amazing. I love reality and I am crazy about it so I am very, very lucky and it's wild how much of my life has turned to reality television in every aspect."
And her Bachelor Nation hubby didn't shy away from giving Sarah hosting advice, considering he has been the bartender on Bachelor in Paradise since 2018 and has also stepped in to host a few episodes."
"The advice that he gave me last year was to just really listen," Sarah shared with E! News, "and make sure the islanders know how invested I am as well because it could be a pretty daunting thing to be so vulnerable in front of millions of people on Peacock."
She added, "I think he was coming from a place of, it makes them more comfortable to be vulnerable and put their hearts on the line in front of millions of people. So, that is something I took to heart."
When it comes to those looking to find love in the villa, Sarah offered some advice as to what she thinks will contestants help find their perfect match.
"To be a genuine human being—and it doesn't hurt if you're sexy—and I know all of our islanders are sexy," she explained. "And to have a fun personality and be genuine— to be there and be open and fun loving."
