1. Dilpreet Aujla: Having always loved sewing and design as well as reading, Dilpreet pursued a career in the field of IP law. As she saw her colleagues slowly losing their passion for the industry, Dilpreet knew she couldn't stay on in such an antiquated job. With the bravery ignorance provides, she quit her job after learning some basic coding skills intending to automate her job and learned very quickly her big goals required some help in the form of a team and so Nomadic came to be. Dilpreet started her AI company four years ago, and in that time has signed the world's best known luxury brands in fashion, alcohol and cosmetics as clients. Nomadic has automated the task of finding fake luxury goods and shown results 900% better than the competition.

Every member of Nomadic has also gotten behind Dilpreet's other passion, a nonprofit called Made with Morals, in which their core belief is that fast fashion needs to be fairer. All profits from Made by Morals are reinvested into empowering our workers and communities: free education for children, work from home instead of factories, and at its core a real respect for the craft of making bespoke clothes, which is reflected in wages and working hours.

2. Jessica Rich: Fashion mogul and self-made entrepreneur Jessica Rich rose to notoriety after debuting her first collection, Transparent, in 2017. Named in reflection of the clear stiletto design, Transparent was created with the intention of providing an it-girl shoe that exuded confidence. Rich's stylish, sexy and wearable footwear, which has been worn high-profile celebrities. Since the brand's initial collection, Jessica has undoubtedly built an empire.

In November 2022, Jessica was awarded Footwear News' Emerging Designer of the Year Award. Through the support of major department retailers, Jessica continues to rise through the means of authentic designs, business prowess, tenacity, and social media savvy collaborations. Jessica Rich is proud to represent Black footwear designers, with her mission being to push the boundaries of the fashion industry and inspire and encourage others, especially females living in America, to reach for their dreams and never give up.

3. Qiana Aviles: Coming from a Puerto Rican background, Qiana Aviles was born and raised in the streets of Brooklyn, where she grew up humbled and loved by many. Qiana is a multifaceted entrepreneur with three businesses and multiple investments. She defied all odds, and is an inspiration to many by being transparent and honest in sharing her story of difficult details about her life, which is touched on her upcoming docuseries.

Today, Qiana is the face and CEO of several beauty hotspots and her own clothing brand. She currently runs multiple nail salons, dry bars, a beauty med spa, and Vida, an organic hair product line. She even has her own nail polish line. Qiana Aviles shows us that anything is possible, no matter the circumstance. She is today's generation's voice of hope, faith and possibility.

4. Kitty Corrao: From growing up in a small town in central New Jersey to rising the ranks to imminent popularity in Twitch streaming, Kitty Corrao has surely made her journey illustrious. Her dedication to her community is unwavering and has allowed for her to continually succeed in connecting and communicating with others. This is done as she proposes engaging and viewer-centric content. From her humble beginnings growing up to now working alongside a wide-array of YouTube and social media influencers, Kitty has become a renowned variety streamer.

5. Sheyda Milman: Sheyda (Shey) Milman is the sole owner and CEO of JM Learning, an educational company specializing in mental and academic achievement, through advising, tutoring, and life-coaching. With a 98% success rate and nearly perfect ratings on all platforms, JM Learning is known for its innovative approach to helping a total of 9,800 students so far gain admission to top Ivy League universities and grad schools, while providing tools for personal growth and development. 

Only 28 years old, as a single mother to a 7-year old daughter, and a self-made successful business owner for 11 years, Shey is the epitome of female entrepreneurship and strength. Leaving her home and abusive past behind at the age of 18, she began tutoring children from abusive households and rehabilitation centers to give them the help and support she never had.

 

6. Lili Madanyan & Bobby Starks: Here are the two women behind Ladaire, the retail luxury womenswear store that is not just a brand, but a testament to the power and resilience of women entrepreneurs. It was started in 2017 by Lili Madanyan with a vision to create stylish, affordable luxury designs for women. With just 20 styles, they began their journey and have since expanded to over 300 styles, a flagship store at the Americana in 2019, and partnered with Bobby Starks in 2022.

Lili and Bobby believe that women should have access to high-quality, fashionable designs at an affordable price. They aim to provide women with the perfect outfit for any occasion. Their dedication and hard work has paid off, and Ladaire is quickly becoming a popular brand for women looking for stylish satin suits, classy silk dresses and separates.

7. Blissfulbrii: Brianna Cirigliano aka Blissfulbrii is a beauty and lifestyle influencer from New Jersey. At a young age she grew a passion for makeup, fashion and making people feel beautiful. She started her influencing career in 2013, creating content as BlissfulBrii on YouTube and Instagram. She started sharing her tips and tricks she picked up as a makeup artist. Bri built an audience by creating product reviews, fashion hauls, and recreating celebrity makeup looks.

Ten years later, BlissfulBrii has built her community to over 160K subscribers on YouTube and 27K followers on Instagram. She worked with some of the biggest brands in the beauty industry. She continued to work as a freelance makeup artist all while filming, editing and uploading content weekly to connect with her audience. Her passion for all things beauty is stronger than ever. Bri looks forward to growing with her audience and continuing to create high quality content.

 

8. Fatema Love: Fatema Love is the owner of AFL Beauty Bar. She is a refugee who later grew up in the Bronx and had to raise herself at the young age of 15. She quickly learned the value of hard work and determination. Fatema believes in female empowerment, uplifting others, and always moving with the intention, inclusion, diversity, and love. Fatema later grew into the female boss that she is today. Her beauty med spa services some of the world's top celebrities.

 

9. Bodied by Amy: Amy is a passionate certified personal trainer who uses a combination of HIIT, resistance training and stress management techniques. Two of her main passions are boxing/MMA and training women who are both pre- and post-natal. After having two high-risk pregnancies and juggling motherhood herself, Amy decided to also obtain her women's specialization certification. This has educated her to understand the female body throughout all various life stages.

Amy loves working with clients to find the best fitness and health options for their unique needs. Her knowledge, support, and personality make her methods challenging but rewarding. She helps you achieve desired results without boredom or burnout.

10. Lyana Diamonds: Lyana is a 26-year-old female business owner. She's founded Lyana Diamonds about two years ago. The jewelry game is a predominantly male run industry, she wanted to see a woman's potential in this work space. She used to work minimum wage jobs and always had dependence on a base salary. Lyana wanted more for herself and wanted to explore a world that she thought was beyond her reach. She knew there would be good days as well as bad days. So branching out was different for her and in a way scary. Not knowing there could be a time she would not make any money at all. Two years later, Lyana has grown a multi-million dollar business. She believes you can achieve, prevail, and beat all odds against you if you set your time and energy to achieve your personal goals.
