Ryan Edwards has found himself in another legal situation.

The Teen Mom star was arrested April 7 in Tennessee for violating the terms of his probation, according to court documents obtained by E! News.

Prior to his arrest, Ryan was rushed to the hospital after he was found unconscious in the driver's seat of his truck by police, an arrest affidavit obtained by The Sun stated.

"Police found the driver, Ryan Edwards, sitting in the driver's seat with the vehicle running and in drive," the affidavit said. "Ryan Edwards was removed from the vehicle and placed in [an ambulance], where he received Narcan and eventually regained consciousness."

When Ryan was released from the hospital, The Sun reported he was arrested and charged with DUI and simple possession.

E! News has reached out to Ryan's lawyer for comment and hasn't heard back. The Sun reports Ryan remains in jail with no bond until his next court date on April 20.

Following the plea, a Tennessee judge sentenced Ryan to 11 months and 29 days of probation and ordered him to wear a GPS monitor. In addition, court documents confirmed the 35-year-old must complete a rehab treatment program and have no contact with his estranged wife Mackenzie Edwards, 26, unless it's allowed by the circuit court.

Ryan and Mackenzie share children Jagger, 5, and Stella, 3. Ryan also has a son Bentley, 14, with ex Maci Bookout McKinney

Although Ryan left the Teen Mom franchise in 2021, he made a surprise appearance on the Feb. 21 episode of Teen Mom: Family Reunion to discuss co-parenting with Maci.

In an emotional interview, Ryan admitted he wanted to take steps to spend more time with his son after making mistakes.

"I'd just like to be able to—for Maci to be OK with me being able to see him," he told hosts Nessa and Dr. Cheyenne Bryant. "I haven't been able to spend time with him just me in a long time."

The MTV star tearfully added, "I just miss him. There's a lot of times I wasn't there."

The Ashley was first to report Ryan's latest arrest.
