Springtime Comes Early for Kardashian
You've got to be quick to keep up with the Kardashians. Khloe Kardashian's brief yet slightly eventful incarceration has come to a close.
While originally sentenced to 30 days behind bars for violating probation on a DUI charge, the reality star, like so many before her, has been released early from Lynwood's Century Regional Detention Center after serving just a few hours.
Kardashian was released at 1:29 p.m., bringing her total time in custody to four hours and 37 minutes.

Kim Kardashian Talks Romance With Reggie
Kim Kardashian and Reggie Bush owe Matt Leinart big-time. The fellow footballer is actually the one who introduced the lovebirds to each other at the ESPY Awards.
So the least this couple can do is show up to support their friend when he throws a charitable fete. Case in point, they hit Matt's 2nd Annual Celebrity Bowling Benefit at Lucky Strikes Lanes in Hollywood last night with little sis Khloe in tow.
As for why the younger Kardashian joined them...
Pearlman Ordered to Make Nine-Figure Amend$
We're thinking the wage earned pulling kitchen and laundry duty isn't going to cut it...
Lou Pearlman, the imprisoned boy-band visionary who bilked a number of banks and private investors out of $300 million, has been ordered to repay the entire sum to his victims—starting with the unfortunate, unincorporated individuals who had the misfortune of doing "business" with Pearlman.
The 10 banks, including Washington Mutual and Bank of America, that unwittingly loaned him money under false pretenses will be the last to collect any restitution, according to the ruling issued Wednesday by U.S. District Judge G. Kendall Sharp.
Jailbird-to-Be Khloe Kardashian Parties On
Khloe Kardashian isn't about to let her looming jail sentence put a dent in her social life.
Despite the fact that she's set to head to the slammer by July 18, Khloe was at Goa nightclub last night for GameSpot's HotSpot party. Also by her side for the bash was footballer Lashawn McCann.
She says she's not nervous about being in the big house, but she is scared of the big man upstairs (aka God).
In which case, we're pretty sure he'd agree that it's good to see Khloe getting into the backseat, instead of the driver's seat, after her night out.
Kardashian Sister Headed to Jail
The Kardashians can keep a low profile if they really want to.
Khloe Kardashian, Kim's 24-year-old little sis, is headed to jail this week to start serving a 30-day sentence for probation violation stemming from a DUI charge she notched back in March 2007, E! News has confirmed.
"Khloe is ready and willing to serve out her sentence, no matter how long and where, and have this resolved," her rep, Jeff Raymond, said in a statement Monday.
The scenester and clothing boutique co-owner was sentenced Aug. 27 to 36 months' probation and community service with the California Department of Transportation, as well as ordered to complete an alcohol-education program, after pleading no contest to driving under the influence on March 4, 2007, according to Los Angeles City Attorney's Office spokesman Frank Mateljan.
DMX Literally Lands in Jail
DMX is making a point of getting to know the bars everywhere he goes.
The beleaguered rapper was arrested for the third time in two weeks Wednesday when he landed in Phoenix and deplaned right into the cold embrace of an outstanding warrant issued when he, among other things, missed a court hearing.
DMX was flying in from Florida, where he was busted twice last week—on June 23 for driving with an invalid license and then four days later for allegedly trying to purchase marijuana and cocaine from an undercover cop.
DMX Busted Again, Again
DMX can run, but he can't hide from trouble. Especially if he walks right up to it and demands it kick his butt.
The rapper, who's currently facing animal-cruelty charges in Arizona, was arrested Friday afternoon in Miami after he allegedly tried to buy drugs from an undercover cop.
According to the police report obtained by the Miami Herald, DMX approached the officer and asked for ''30 powder and 15 weed," aka $30 worth of cocaine and $15 of marijuana.
Wesley Snipes Asks for Shore Leave
Before his world shrinks to an 8-by-10 cell, Wesley Snipes would like to cross a few oceans.
The embattled actor has filed a request in federal court for permission to leave the country, first to London to sit in on the editing process for his new horror flick Gallowwalker, and then to Bangkok to film the action thriller Chasing the Dragon. Cameras are set to roll Sept. 8 and production is expected to last eight weeks.
According to the filing, Snipes' unavailability could jeopardize his "future livelihood as an actor," not to mention his ability to pay restitution for his crimes.
Amy's Hubby Offered Pounds for Pounding Pete?
Looks like the British media weren't the only ones suspicious of Amy Winehouse and Pete Doherty's palling around.
Winehouse's incarcerated hubby, Blake Fielder-Civil, apparently was, too. And as a British court heard today, he was willing to put his money where his suspicions were.
A recently freed inmate from Pentonville Prison, where Fielder-Civil is currently locked up, testified in a separate case that he was offered roughly $40,000 by the Winehouse's jealous mister to "smash to pieces" the Babyshambles rocker.
Nick Hogan Gives Up Solitaire
Nick Hogan's got himself some company.
Two days after a judge denied his request to be transferred out of solitary confinement, Hulk Hogan's son, who's serving time for a DUI crash that seriously injured his friend, was moved into a communal cell after a routine assessment of the ever-in-flux jail population, according to a spokeswoman for the Pinellas County Sheriff's Office.
Lost Star Robber Sentenced
Just like Sawyer, the guy who held up Josh Holloway and his wife at gunpoint won't be going anywhere for awhile.
Ruben Royce, who was convicted of armed robbery and subsequently pleaded guilty to 34 related counts in February as part of a plea deal, was officially sentenced Tuesday to 13 to 30 years in prison.
Nick Hogan Requests Change of Scene
Hulk Hogan's son has had about enough of himself for now.
Nick Hogan, who, after being sentenced to eight months in jail, has been cooling his heels in solitary confinement because he's too young to join the general population, filed a motion asking that he be placed on house arrest until July 27, his 18th birthday, or moved into the minimum-security lockup.
Because Hogan, whose real last name is Bollea, is a minor, he has been isolated in a maximum-security cell at Pinellas County Jail, according to his attorney, Kevin Hayslett, who says the teen has lost at least 10 pounds and has no access to a telephone or TV, privileges enjoyed by inmates serving time for similar offenses.
