Uh-oh. Mark Ruffalo is in a heap of trouble.

The Foxcatcher star ganged up on his kids on Halloween in honor of Jimmy Kimmel Live!'s annual "I Ate Your Candy" special. Needless to say, they didn't take it well. Ruffalo appeared on Jimmy Kimmel's talk show Monday night and shared the footage from his prank, and suffice it to say he's lucky to be alive.

The video, which appeared to have been taken on a cell phone, had Ruffalo explaining his plan. To really go the extra mile, however, he put a piece of candy in his mouth so that his kids would believe him. He then walks into the family room to tell them the news.

"I just ate all your candy," he said.

Immediately screams ensued and they started to attack. Ruffalo, under the weight of the kids and their punches and yelling, couldn't take it anymore and transformed into his alter ego: The Hulk. His kids and their friends must have forgotten about his powers, or else they would've never messed with the frightening father.

Lesson learned? The Hulk likes his candy.

"You really didn't need to put the Reese's Peanut Butter Cup in your mouth," Kimmel noted.

"I wanted to sell it," said the Oscar nominee.

When Kimmel complimented Ruffalo on the CGI he included in his masterpiece, the father-of-three admitted he planned on stealing more than just candy from his the young ones.

"Kids, I stole your residuals," the Now You See Me actor revealed.

Watch the video above to see if his kids and their friends ever got their candy back.
